As always, extra water, solid sleep and clean eats are strongly suggested.

The holidays are over but we’re just getting started!!! Kick off the New Year with this high intensity cardio/strength fitness rotation that features Ripped with Hiit as well as my other popular workouts. Eat well, sleep well, drink extra water and let’s get busy!
As this month draws near its end we are most likely not going to have the time for 60 minute workouts. Good News! By then you should have your Ripped With Hiit workouts in your hands, which are perfectly shorter in length, and I will factor them into the last two weeks of this rotation.
Well after today (Halloween) we are most likely (more than ever) ready to get back to our clean eating and workout plan. SO this month is all about the healthy clean up and the whole hearted squat down. Ready …set…go!
Hi Everyone! This October 2014 rotation is sure to burn fat and calories while shaping and developing lean muscle mass. Eat clean, drink lot’s of water daily and get good sleep and watch the results of this rotation multiply!
The Sept 2014 rotation is all about mixing heavy weights with light weights and mixing high intensity cardio with steady state cardio. There is great “shock value” in this rotation. Your metabolism will get a nice boost, your bone density will improve along with your strength and endurance. Eat as clean as possible and you are on your way to a “clean and mean” you!!! Enjoy the last stretch of the summer even though most of our minds are already wrapped around fall.
