Hi Everyone

 

This month ( June 2023 Workout Rotation ) we’ll keep our muscles challenged with a variety of strength training methods. A couple of cardio days have been included each week, along with a recovery workout to help restore length and flexibility to your hard-worked muscles. Please include additional recovery workouts throughout the week if you feel especially sore or tight. As always, listen to your body along the way and make any adjustments that you feel would work best for you!  Work hard and have fun!
