This month (April 2026) we’ll be mixing things up by re-visiting some older series along with some newer routines. Each week you’ll have multiple weight lifting days along with some mixed cardio. Feel free to replace any of the step related workouts with a cardio of choice if you’re not a stepper. Add in extra recovery workouts or rest days as needed. Work hard and have fun!

This month (March 2026 workout rotation) we’re going to feature our new ELEVATED!/Strong & Sweaty one month rotation. This rotation includes four weeks featuring all of the workouts from the new elevated series, along with the popular Strong & Sweaty series. Each week you’ll have a fun mix of weight training and cardio to keep your muscles primed, and your heart pumping! Get plenty of rest, stay hydrated, and have a blast!

This month (February 2026 workout rotation) we’ll be shaking things up with a variety of workout types. Each week you’ll kick things off with a a high energy circuit style workout that hits both cardio and weights to keep you breathy and burning tons of calories. Each week you’ll also have a band-focused workout, one focused lower and upper body day, and two solid cardio workouts. Take things at your own pace and add extra recovery workouts or days off as needed. Nourish your body properly to keep your strength up and make sure that you stay hydrated!  Let’s get to work!
