
This month (February 2026 workout rotation) we’ll be shaking things up with a variety of workout types. Each week you’ll kick things off with a a high energy circuit style workout that hits both cardio and weights to keep you breathy and burning tons of calories. Each week you’ll also have a band-focused workout, one focused lower and upper body day, and two solid cardio workouts. Take things at your own pace and add extra recovery workouts or days off as needed. Nourish your body properly to keep your strength up and make sure that you stay hydrated! Let’s get to work!
