
Cathe’s March 2026 Workout Rotation
This month (March 2026 workout rotation) we’re going to feature our new ELEVATED!/Strong & Sweaty one month rotation. This rotation includes four weeks featuring all of the workouts from the new elevated series, along with the popular Strong & Sweaty series. Each week you’ll have a fun mix of weight training and cardio to keep your muscles primed, and your heart pumping! Get plenty of rest, stay hydrated, and have a blast!
