
Cathe’s November 2025 Workout Rotation
This month (November 2025 Workout Rotation), we have a rotation packed with heavy weights and cardio! We’ll keep our muscles pumped and our metabolisms ignited as we head towards Thanksgiving festivities and lots of delicious food! Remember to take extra rest days or recovery workout days if you start feeling too sore or tired! Eat well, stay hydrated, and give each workout everything you’ve got!
