This month (December 2025 Workout Rotation), to help keep your schedule and your calorie burn in check, you’ll be focusing on short but intense routines to maximize your time while keeping your fitness game strong! You’ll also have an extra stretch day to help you recover both physically and mentally for everything you have to do throughout the month!
