
Cathe’s March 2025 Workout Rotation
This month (March 2025 Workout Rotation) we’ll be doing a fun mix of strength and cardio workouts to keep our muscles and hearts pumping! Throughout the month, if you find that you’re feeling too spent or sore for the next scheduled workout, please replace that workout with a recovery routine of your choice to restore length and flexibility. Eat well, stay hydrated, and have fun!
