Cathe’s April 2025 Workout Rotation
This month, (Cathe’s April workout rotation) we’ll alternate weeks of heavier weight training with weeks of more moderate weight training. We’ll also do a mix of cardio types to cross train your endurance and keep your heart pumping! If you don’t do step please feel free to replace your step workout each week with a cardio of your choice! Eat well, stay hydrated, and give it all you’ve got!
