Robert and Stuart perform a side leaning tricep extension on a stability ball during an STS rehearsal. Leaning on the stability ball causes the working arm to naturally stay in the correct vertical position.
Denise is a certified Astanga Yoga instructor, Pilates Instructor, Body Pump Instructor, and Spinning Instructor. Denise is an All Sports Enthusiast and the Mother of 3 teenage boys. She is also the spokesperson on film for many national companies and can be seen regularly on QVC.
Deazie is an international fitness instructor and former University of Texas Cheerleader and fitness competitor. She holds Group Fitness certifications from NASM and AFFA.
Erik is a former motocross racer as well as an accomplished actor. More than a person who just loves to work out , Erik has appeared in many fitness magazines and books, including “The Ultimate Dumbbell Guide” by Men’s Health.
