Robert and Stuart perform a side leaning tricep extension on a stability ball during an STS rehearsal. Leaning on the stability ball causes the working arm to naturally stay in the correct vertical position.
Denise is a certified Astanga Yoga instructor, Pilates Instructor, Body Pump Instructor, and Spinning Instructor. Denise is an All Sports Enthusiast and the Mother of 3 teenage boys. She is also the spokesperson on film for many national companies and can be seen regularly on QVC.
Deazie is an international fitness instructor and former University of Texas Cheerleader and fitness competitor. She holds Group Fitness certifications from NASM and AFFA.
Erik is a former motocross racer as well as an accomplished actor. More than a person who just loves to work out , Erik has appeared in many fitness magazines and books, including “The Ultimate Dumbbell Guide" by Men’s Health.

Greg is fitness enthusiast and a certified personal trainer (N.A.S.M. and A.C.E.). He was good enough to be drafted out of High School in 1998 by the Florida Marlins baseball team and currently runs his own personal training business.
At 6 ft 1inch Stuart is the tallest member in our cast. Stuart is heavily involved in fitness and works full time as a fitness counselor for children and also works for a leading Sports Performance company. He has also appeared numerous times in Mens health and Fitness.In the above…
Starting this weekend rehearsals really kicked into high gear as we started “two-a-day” practice sessions. The new crew members have now joined the STS rehearsals and starting tonight we plan on introducing them to you. In the picture above Cathe goes over the workout in a pre-rehearsal meeting.
