In most cases in STS we begin each section with a multi joint exercise like a Dumbbell Alternating Shoulder Press. We then target specific muscles and muscle heads with single joint exercises to further enhance their development.
Rehearsals have continued to go well this week and we have a lot of pictures to share with you over the next few days. We have set March 8th as the planned start date for the filming of STS. It will take most of the month of March to complete the STS filming. We plan
Stuart , shown in the picture above, is excellent at performing pull-ups and you will see him in STS performing this exercise many times. Pullups are probably the best upper back exercise you can do, but this exercise does strike fear into many people. Even if you can’t even do one pullup today we hope
