Pullups

Stuart , shown in the picture above, is excellent at performing pull-ups and you will see him in STS performing this exercise many times. Pullups are probably the best upper back exercise you can do, but this exercise does strike fear into many people. Even if you can’t even do one pullup today we hope STS inspires you to start down the path of one day being able to do many pull-ups. We currently are developing a product for the Fitness by Cathe line that will help you do just that. But, don’t worry we will show you many options instead of a pullup that you can do to work your upper back muscles.
