Ingredients 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 1/4 cups bran, crude 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 cup fat free, plain yogurt 1/4 cup dark brown sugar (packed) 1 tbsp unsulphured molasses 1 cup whole wheat flour 2 egg whites 2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 – 1/2
Delicious and nutritious, can leave out the shrimp, or add tofu for vegitarian meal
