I was spending a fortune on Greek style yogurt in my house until I developed this recipe. My family and I like it better that any store brand we have tried. I use the Tribest Yolife yogurt maker (Amazon.com) which enables me to make 3 quarts at a time.
I combine regular cottage cheese with dry curd so as to significantly lower the sodium. Dry curd has almost no sodium. You may use any type of cottage or ricotta cheese you wish.
Super healthy, low carb spaghetti squash with a spiced up garden sauce and bacon! Yum!
Slice and serve or wrap in plastic wrap and store up to 5 days.
