These tasty nuts are well known for being full of monounsaturated fatty acids. This means that they can help with cholesterol. Just like sunflower seeds, it is full of vitamin E. Macadamia nuts are also full of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids, in particular, are well known for their numerous health benefits, which includes helping alleviate the symptoms of asthma and arthritis.

Christmas Healthy Foods: Carrots

Vegetables are always a good replacement for meat, as it will help you cut down on your caloric intake without starving yourself. Carrots, in particular, make for good dipping sticks, but they can also be steamed, roasted, and sautéed to make great side dishes.

These winter tasty foods will make sure that you don’t gain too much weight while you’re enjoying the winter season. Just remember that you don’t have to stop eating them when winter ends. They’re healthy all the time!
