XTrain's RIDE is a Super Soaked Cycle Workout!

RIDE is a super soaked cycle workout that burns countless calories, melts off body fat and well, just leaves you in the dust…..And that’s ONLY if you can keep up (smirk).

This is the ultimate Zero impact, fat burning indoor cycle workout, and once completed, you’ll wring out your shirt to prove it! We’ll be doing a hill format that will take us through hills, drills, jumps and sprints. You’ll stand, sit and hover your way through a tough ride that will burn an unbelievable amount of calories while additionally conditioning your core and lower body.

Before you get started I want to remind you to review your bikes owner’s manual to make sure you know how to adjust your bike so that your ride is more comfortable. I’ll of course be giving form pointers along the way but it’s still important that you understand basic safety rules for your specific bike before attempting this workout.
