2. Lower Body Only
3. Total Body Workout
This picture shows Cathe and Brenda doing a “Dixie Cup Lunge” in Total Body Tri – Sets. Using a marker like a Dixie cup during an exercise forces you to use full range of motion during each rep of the exercise which will result in more calories burned and more muscle fibers being worked.
