Brenda is back after recovering from a Triathlon injury just a few months ago. In the above picture Brenda performs a Front/Back Fan Kick over a stability ball. This makes us ask If Brenda can do STS in such a short period of time, what’s you excuse for not being able to do STS!
The above picture is of Cathe and Brenda doing a Sequential Lunge into a Front Kick Combo during an STS rehearsal. Though this move is done without any weights it is anything but easy.

In the above picture Cathe performs a Side Slide Lunge with a paper plate. This exercise is great for working the glutes and inner thigh. Though you will certainly see many new moves from Cathe in this series, STS is not about trying to be fancy – it’s about results!

Today we held the first official rehearsal for STS. As you can see in the above picture Brenda is now healed from her Triathlon injury and will be joining Cedie, Jai, and Lorraine in Cathe’s next production called STS. Though it looks like the whole gang will be back we will also have several new
