I’d like to thank everyone for coming to the 2014 Glassboro road trip and sharing a wonderful weekend once again with me and our staff.

By now most of you are back home and settled into your daily routines and quite possibly experiencing what I refer to as “post Road Trip blues.” You left here on such a high after meeting and making so many friends who share a common bond with a love for fitness. Friends who “embrace the challenge” and actually get why you love to “work work” so hard. Friends who completely understand why you would want to race on the plane or into a car and do Cathe workouts all weekend long. A group who totally gets why your suitcase is busting at the seams with colorful shoes, spandex and KIND bars.
Yes, it’s official, the 2014Glassboro Cathe Road Trip will be held July 25th through the 27th. Get ready to work out live with Cathe for several classes, be filmed working out on the exact set that all the DVD’s are filmed on, pose for pictures on this exact set, meet cast members and of course create memories and make friendships that last a lifetime. Our formula for our Road Trips is simple: burn calories…eat calories…repeat! But seriously, we do try to offer a lot of food choices on our road trips so that just about everyone can have something they enjoy and can eat. When you do 8 classes in less than two days you don’t have to worry

This a picture from one of the road trip classes that was held in our gym’s largest aerobic room called “Studio A”. Our gym has a total of 5 studios, including “Studio E” which is where we film all of our videos that you see on your DVDs and/or downloads.
