Cathe gives some form pointers to Cedie as she Demonstrates an Option for a Chin-up using a heavy elastic tube in STS. A Lat Pull Down machine will work as well.
In the above picture Cedie uses Elastic Tubing as an option to doing a pull-up in STS. Elastic Tubing is inexpensive and can easily be attached to a basement ceiling or any doorway. Just make sure to use the right strength tubing.
