Our road trips are much more than just fitness classes and many of the Cathletes that have attended in the past have made friendships that will last a lifetime.
You can still sign up for our 2011 Cathe Road Trip at Walt Disney World® Resort that will be held Friday July 1st through Monday July 4th, 2011, but time is running out. This will truly be the most unique and magical tour event we have ever held and you don’t want to miss it!

Saturday morning began with a healthy EB Breakfast and then it was off to the beach to take a group shot of all the Daytona Cathletes. The first of three fitness classes on Saturday began at 8:30 am with Cathe teaching a step/kickbox class. We began the casting call at around 9:30 am for Cathletes
