STS Total Body – Cathe and Jai

This pictures shows Cathe and Jai using the STS  Turbo Tower during a bonus segment we filmed for STS Total Body. This footage will be used to create a “compound only” timesaver premix that will be included on the STS Total Body DVD.  Chin Ups were selected because they work both the back muscles and the biceps at the same time. Since Biceps are normally only worked by most exercises with isolation exercises like “Barbell Curls”, this exercise accomplishes two goals at the same time by working both the back and biceps.
