Cathe’s monthly workout rotations make it easy for you to follow an organized workout schedule so you know exactly which DVD or OnDemand video to do each day. OnDemand subscribers can click on the rotation video links to instantly view that day’s workout (you must first be logged in).
This month we’ll work on muscle conditioning and cardio endurance with a mix of heavy weights and high-intensity cardio workouts. These weeks will start to add up so if you feel that an extra day of rest or lighter workout is needed please make those adjustments to get the most out of your routine. As always, get plenty of water and make sure you stretch!
This month we are going to continue to shake up our workouts with a mixture of older (with a few newer) workouts. Some are longer, some shorter, some cardio, some strength, and some endurance. This will keep your heart healthy and your muscles on fire! Eat clean, stay hydrated and sleep well!
This month we’re going to do a week of total body workouts mixed with cardio, a week of heavy weights mixed with cardio, a week of split routines mixed with cardio and finally a week of metabolic weights mixed with cardio. This variety will surely keep your muscles shocked and working hard. As always to get the best results eat clean, stay extra hydrated and get lots of solid sleep.

This May 2019 workout rotation focuses on getting our bodies ready to wear tank tops, swimsuits, and shorts. Plan to keep your heart rate high while developing strength and endurance over the course of each week. Be sure to eat well, stay hydrated and get a good sound sleep for maximum benefits.
