Ingredients
1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 can black beans, drained
1 can no salt added diced tomatoes
1 cup quinoa prepared according to package directions
Fat free cheddar cheese
Lawry’s Seasoned salt and seasoned pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Cook quinoa according to package directions.
2. Brown beef and season with Lawry’s seasoned salt and seasoned pepper.
3. Drain beef, add beans and tomatoes and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
4. Mix quinoa in with beef mixture, sprinkle with a little fat free cheddar cheese and serve!
