Low Carb Cheeseburger Pizza

Ingredients

1 lbs. of organic grass fed lean meat or wild game (I used venison)
4 egg whites (Eggland’s best eggs preferably)
Raw Goat cheese or mozzarella
1/4 cup of organic pizza sauce (I like Muir Glen Organic Pizza Sauce)
2 tbsp Italian seasoning blend
sea salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cup of organic parmesan or raw sheep’s milk peccorino

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl, mash meat, egg whites, parmesan, and seasonings together thoroughly and in cast a large iron skillet or pizza stone spread out meat with hands, until you have a pizza crust about a 1/2″ thickness, or thinner for bigger, thinner crust. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until meat is thoroughly cooked. Then remove from oven and top with pizza sauce, and cheese (add veggies too if you like!) Place back into the oven until cheese is bubbly and melted. Top with extra Italian seasoning and parmesan if desired and serve alongside a big side salad! Who says you can’t eat healthy and eat pizza and cheeseburgers??:) Makes 4 nice big satisfying slices!
