Hi Everyone!
This month we are working out with the oldies but goodies. To maximize your results eat well, drink extra water, increase your protein slightly and sleep hard. Have fun! and you may now download my June 2010 rotation from the Workout Manager into your Calendar. We have set the start date for this rotation for Monday, June 7th, but you may change your start date to whatever date you like.

WEEK ONE:
Mon: Muscle Endurance
Tues: Rhythmic Step
Wed: Body Max Original
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Muscle Max
Sat: Imax 2
Sun: 40 minute interval run on treadmill

WEEK TWO:
Mon: Supersets
Tues: Kick Punch and Crunch
Wed: Body Max 2
Thurs: OFF
Fri: 50 minute indoor or outdoor cycle ride
Sat: Imax 3
Sun: Step Blast

WEEK THREE:
Mon: Maximum Intensity Strength
Tues: Kick Max
Wed: Step, Jump and Pump
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Imax Original
Sat: Cardio and Weights
Sun: 40 minute interval run on treadmill

WEEK FOUR:
Mon: Boot Camp Original
Tues: Cardio Kicks
Wed: Power Hour
Thurs: OFF
Fri: Power Max
Sat: Leaner Legs
Sun: 50 minute indoor or outdoor cycle ride
