I Workout Consistently Now – by A Smith

I dont have a huge weight loss success to share but am thrilled that I finally found exercise that I can do from my home that I enjoy and look forward to. I enjoy running but with my husband’s crazy work schedule, my full-time work schedule and the kids at home I cant leave the house for a run. I have been able to run and train for two marathons in the past, but now with three kids and work I just cant find the time to train.

A few years ago I kind of gave up on exercising because I couldnt find a way to incorporate the running into my schedule. I just refused to get a treadmill at home because it sounds too boring. Then I discovered Cathe and my life changed. When I found Cathe I discovered that exercise videos can be tough, work you hard, you can sweat, and really enjoy them too. So now I am able to exercise to Cathe’s great tapes on a consistent basis and don’t worry about figuring out a way to incorporate exercise back into my life. I have been able to incorporate weights into my workouts now too. Consistent exercise, both cardio and strength training is so important and I now look forward to workouts that I can do at home. I have been regularly working out to Cathe for nearly two years. I don’t have a big weight loss success story to share but I am just thrilled to finally find a way to enjoy exercise that I can do at my own home.

My favorite workouts are the Cathe step workouts that never get boring. The choreography is interesting so I never get bored. I also like working hard and sweating which is easy to do in the majority of Cathe’s workouts. I never had an interest in working on strength training either, but now regluarly add weights into my workouts with Cathe. Thanks so much Cathe!!
