Apple Nachos

Apple Nachos by Kerri Brooks

Ingredients

1 medium apple, sliced
1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
1 Tbsp sliced almonds
1 Tbsp shredded coconut
5-10 dark chocolate chips (preferably 60% cacao)

Directions:

Arrange apple slices on a small plate. Drizzle peanut butter over apples. (You can melt the peanut butter in the microwve for a few seconds if it is too stiff to drizzle). Sprinkle remaining ingredients over apples and enjoy!

Feel free to experiment with other toppings such as walnuts, peanuts, almond butter, dried fruit, etc
