Ingredients
6 medium apples, cored and sliced
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
3/4 c old-fashioned rolled oats
3 TB toasted wheat germ
3 TB brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 TB canola oil
1 TB unsalted butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Coat apples with applesauce, place in baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Mix other ingredients until crumbly, sprinkle over top.
4. Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve with non-fat frozen yogurt if desired.
