Veggie and Turkey Wrap

Veggie and Turkey Wrap


1 Sundried tomato basil wrap (Mission)
Pepper jack cheese (thinly sliced)
Provolone cheese (thinly sliced)
Lettuce (I used shredded)
1 small tomato sliced
red onion (thinly sliced, use as much as you like)
Apple cider vinegar & olive oil (for dressing)
Jalepeno peppers (optional)
Cracked pepper turkey (optional) from deli, sliced thin
*If you have a Lenny’s Sub Shop in our area, you can add their hot pepper relish



1. Layer all ingredients (except dressing) on top of wrap toward one end (a few inches from edge)
*I added lettuce last because it’s bulky
2. Add dressing as you desire
3. Begin folding wrap at the end near the ingredients by tucking in the wrap at the sides as you fold. Keep tucking in sides and keep folding tightly until wrap is completely wrapped.
4. Slice in half diagonally.
5. Enjoy!
