Two Bean Turkey Chili

Two Bean Turkey Chili by Bchgrl40

Ingredients

2 lbs extra lean ground turkey or chicken
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 15 oz can black beans (drained)
1 15 oz can kidney beans (drained)
2 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes (do not drain)
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red cayenne pepper

Directions:

1. In a large pot add onions and meat, sprinkled with garlic powder and cook until no longer pink
2. Next add beans, tomatoes and other spices and stir until combined
3. Brint to a boi and then reduce heat to a simmer for about 10 minutes.

Makes 9- 1 cup servings
