Ingredients
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 – 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (or any berry or mix that you like)
1 Tablespoon slivered almonds (I like them toasted)
Directions:
Mix cinnamon into cottage cheese and top with berries and almonds.
