Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey breast
1 c mushrooms, chopped
1/2 c red bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 c fresh parsley, chopped
1 TB extra virgin olive oil
4 whole wheat buns
4 lettuce leaves
Directions:
– heat oil in skillet and sautee bell pepper for 3 minutes, add mushrooms, cook for another minute.
– mix all ingredients except lettuce and buns.
– shape into 4 patties.
– cook patties in same skillet for 6 to 7 minutes per side or until done.
– place lettuce on buns and set patties on top, enjoy!
