Ingredients
4 oz chicken breast or 1 small can chunk chicken breast
1/2 cup no salt added tomato sauce
1 cup spinach sauteed in 1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup whole wheat penne pasta
Low fat grated parmesan cheese
Garlic salt (optional)
Directions:
1. Prepare pasta according to package directions, rinse and drain.
2. Saute spinach in olive oil. Sprinkle in some garlic salt if you desire.
3. Just before spinach is done, add in can of chicken breast, penne pasta and mix well.
4. Top with low fat grated parmesan cheese, if desired.
