Savory Turkey Meatloaf

1.5 Lb Lean (or Extra Lean) Ground Turkey Breast
1 cup skim milk
1 tbsp Lea & Perrins (Worcestershire) sauce
1/4 tsp dried sage leaves
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1 minced garlic clove
1 Eggland’s Best egg white, lightly beaten
3 slices whole wheat bread, torn into small pieces
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup, salsa, or BBQ sauce (choose one!)


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except the ketchup (salsa, or BBQ sauce – your choice of one of the above!). Put mixture in a ungreased loaf pan. Spread the ketchup (or salsa, or BBQ sauce) over the top.

2. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes, uncovered.

3. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes, drain and cut meatloaf into 6 pieces.

*There are many great veggies you can serve with this, I chose oven fried zucchini (as pictured above).
