Ingredients
One serving of oatmeal, prepared according to package directions. (I use 1/2 Cup dry to make one serving).
One Teaspoon Bee Pollen (can be found at health food grocery stores like Whole Foods)
One Tablespoon Flax Oil
One Tablespoon Chopped Walnuts ( I buy the ones that are already chopped).
Fruit of your Choice (I used banana, but blueberries are another good option!)
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Directions:
1. Cook oatmeal according to package direction and desired serving size.
2. Add in One teaspoon of Bee Pollen, One tablespoon of Flax Oil, and One Tablespoon Chopped Walnuts.
3. Top with fruit of your choice and sprinkle with Cinnamon.
*This is my favorite way to eat oatmeal, the bee pollen is an excellent natural source of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and proteins. The Flax Oil provides Omega 3 EFA’s, walnuts are a great heart healthy nut, and the cinnamon is great for stabilizing blood sugar and provides a host of other great health benefits!
