2 tablespoons Olive OIl
Basil leaves (two)
Two salmon filets
Marinade to wild caught salmon filets at least one hour before grilling.
I marinate in a plastic, sealed container, but you can use a Ziploc bag.
Use enough teryaki sauce to cover the tops of the two filets.
Next, add two tablespoons of olive oil.
Shake this around to coat.
Sprinkle with minced garlic and black pepper.
Top each with one fresh basil leaf each.
Marinate for one hour. Grill over medium to medium high heat for 15 minutes, or cooked through.
