Ingredients
2 cups of pure water or coconut water (my first choice!)
1/2-1 cup frozen mango
1/2-1 cup frozen strawberries
Frozen orange juice concentrate (to taste for sweetness)
Powdered greens (to taste; the o.j. helps mask the flavor)
Directions:
Pour water into blender first, then add in rest of ingredients and blend! You do not need a high powered blender for this recipe. It may help to pulse it a bit at first to get it going….enjoy the wonderful flavor and immune boosting benefits! Also, it is very soothing for sore throats!
