Hot Cocoa Mix

3 c cocoa
7 1/2 c milk
1 T salt
2 T corn starch
14 oz. Truvia (or liquid stevia added to each serving)


Mix ingredients together; may pulse in a blender for a finer texture. Enjoy heaping tablespoon in a cup of coffee or milk!

    I would love to mix up a batch of this to use in my coffee, but is the milk powdered milk? This isn’t clear. Looks like all dry ingredients. The instructions seem incomplete.

    Yes I agree with you Pib9273… This does look so YUMMY but Hopefully can be more in details Exactly how we make it and if it has powdered milk, dairy etc,,, alot of us have allergies…. But Thank You Joanna… REALLY… I have submitted on here alot as well and sometimes I too am not so great with directions because it is something I am use to making alot… Thank You Again… GREAT IDEA 😉 Sending you my Best ~ Jen

    Yes it was submitted as powdered milk. You could try using coconut milk powder as a substitute, but I do not know what results that would produce. I sometimes add a few drops of flavored stevia to my mug of coffee in addition to a heaping T of this mix.

    Not exactly the same, but if you want to try a smaller quantity and use Stevia packets try:

    3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 T. cornstarch
    1 t. salt
    30 packets Stevia
    Mix in Blender.
