Ingredients
Note: Recipe is for a large loaf, you can half this and make a smaller one, with no problems!
3 cups of blanched almond flour
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 tsp sea salt
3 tsp baking soda
8 eggs
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Directions:
Again, this is for a large loaf pan. If using a smaller one, half the ingredients.
Oil your loaf pan, you will need to preheat your oven to 350
Put the dry ingredients into your food processor and bring to a uniform condition.
Add honey, apple cider vinegar and coconut oil. Process.
Add eggs (note, you can use egg substitute, I have done it and the bread has come out fine)
Blend to a uniform batter.
Spread batter into loaf pan and bake. This size will take 35 minutes, the smaller pan takes about 30.
We use this as sandwich bread and it works perfectly!
It will be brown on top, and the center firm. Cool, and cut!
