Ingredients
1 lb Halibut Fillet
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
1 medium lemon cut in half
2 Tbsp fresh minced parsley
Directions:
Heat your grill
Spray some tinfoil with cooking spray, I use an olive oil cooking spray
Spray the halbut with the cooking spray, front and back
Sprinkle salt, pepper & lemon pepper seasoning all over fish.
Wrap fish in the foil and place on the grill until fish is done (flakes with a fork) about 10 or 12 mins
Remove fish from grill and set on a serving plate. Drizzle with fresh squeezed lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley and garnish with lemon wedges.
