Ingredients
2 oz. nonfat greek yogurt
2 oz avocado
1 oz red onion
2 t mustard
1 T poppyseed
2 T honey
1/8 t liquid stevia
1 T Worcestershire sauce
16 slices ham
4 slices low fat cheddar cheese
8 slices of your favorite bread (can be gluten-free)
coconut oil
olive oil spray
Directions:
Pulse avocado spread ingredients in a food processor/blender until combined. Spread 1 T sauce on each of the 8 pieces of bread. On four pieces of bread add 4 slices ham and 1 slice of cheese, top with remaining bread. Add 1 t coconut oil to the outsides of the bread and grill on nonstick griddle using olive oil spray and toast until golden. Devour a new favorite panini!
