Greek Yogurt “Cheesecake” Stuffed Strawberries

Greek Yogurt “Cheesecake” Stuffed Strawberries by JenTrudel


12-18 large strawberries
(amount varies on size of strawberry)
12 oz plain Greek yogurt
1 cup milk of choice
1 box sugar-free instant cheesecake pudding mix
1tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp almond extract
Chopped walnuts for Garnish (optional)


1.Core strawberries with a scope and set aside

2. Add Greek yogurt, pudding mix, milk and vanilla & almond extract into a bowl and blend with electric mixer until it becomes stiff.

3. Fill each cored strawberry with the cheesecake mixture

Set in fridge before serving add Walnuts as Garnish (optional) and Enjoy… So good!!

** Please Note**
The serving size really varies on size and amount of Strawberries used. you can also double the cheesecake filling and double strawberries to make alot more … I find that really useful to do and have in fridge for snacking…. Enjoy!!
