Ingredients
1 cup kefir
1 scoop whey, vanilla or chocolate
1 frozen ripe banana (or 1 cup froz raspberries!)
1 cup cold coffee
2 T cocoa
16 drops stevia
1 cup ice
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender and pour into a quart mason jar with a straw to treat yourself to a delicious lasting morning drink that will hold you over until lunch! You can also easily cut down the recipe in half to make less. Kids love it too, you can use decaf coffee if your kids like to have what mom is having like mine do!
