Ingredients
1 eggland’s best egg white
1/2 cup of organic rolled oats
1 scoop of Vanilla Whey protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
a bit more stevia to taste
1/8 of a cup of 70% or higher chocolate chips or (cacao chips)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and prepare a non-stick baking sheet. Mix all ingredients with spatula and place heaping spoonfuls in the shape of a rounded ball onto sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. I usually get about 6 cookie bites out of this! You can eat them all and it’s like you’re cheating but you’re not because all your portions are just right for a meal! Or you can just have a couple for a snack! Delicious and filling!
