Ingredients
1 1/2 cups walnuts
3/4 unsweetened cocoa powder
10 dates, pitted
1/3 cup water
Directions:
Place the walnuts in a food processor and process until tiny chunks form. Add in the dates, cocoa, and the water. Process until “dough” forms a ball and is well combine. Spread into a 8×8 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Place in the refridge for 2 hours. Cut into equal size pieces and store in the freezer. When ready to eat, just remove one and let it set at room temperature for 2-3 minutes.
