1/2 c silken tofu
1/2 c almond milk
2 TB cocoa powder
1 TB honey or agave nectar or sweetener of your choice
1. slice banana and freeze about 30 min
2. combine tofu, milk, cocoa and sweetener and blend well
3. add banana slices and blend until smooth
Optional: add a scoop of vanilla or chocolate flavored whey powder for an extra protein boost.
