•1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
•2 cups (16 oz) Eggland’s Best egg white substitute, liquid
•1/2 cup broccoli, cooked, chopped
•½ cup diced low sodium lean ham or cooked chicken Breast
•1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
•1/4 tsp salt
•1/4 tsp pepper
•Nonstick cooking spray
1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2.Spray 9 1/2 inch pie dish with cooking spray and pour ingredients in.
3.Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until center is just set.
