1/2 c fresh organic blueberries
1/4 c old-fashioned whole grain oats
1/2 c fat-free plain yogurt
1/4 c almond or coconut milk
1/2 tsp real vanilla
Stevia or honey to taste
1/2 c crushed ice
Combine oats with milk and yogurt in blender and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Server immediately.
As variation, instead of Stevia and vanilla use 1/2 scoop of vanilla flavored protein powder.
