Ingredients
1 cup pureed or shreded pear
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup dry oatmeal
1/3 cup dry powder milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 to 2 tbsp plain fat free yogurt
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. If you use pureed pear you will need less yogurt, more if using shreded pear, for moisture. Pre heat oven to 350 F. Divide in 15 cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes.
Cookies can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.per
